We have two types of rates with a cancellation policy.
Prices are on request by email (direct booking) or available on the following platforms.

Payment of 50% of the booking by bank transfer or credit card. The remaining 50% must be paid 30 days prior to check in.
In case of cancellation, the penalties on the total amount are as follows:
– Up to 30 days before check in: 0%.
– From 30 days before check in: 50%
– From 15 days to 1 day before check in: 90%
– No show: 100%

Yes, please reserve them at the time of booking. The cot comes with sheets and blankets. We have 2 high chairs and 2 cots.

Yes, you can reach all services within a two-minute drive. There is a grocery shop, bakery, butcher’s shop, restaurants, tobacconist, atm, bar and pizzeria. We will give you all the information about shops, restaurants, places to visit and experiences to have in the welcome email we send you when you book.
Yes, there is a large supermarket, Esselunga, in Galluzzo, which is a popular destination for when you arrive at the villa or visit Florence, so it will be convenient to stop and do your shopping. In addition to this there is the Coop in San Casciano and in Montelupo which are open until 1.30 pm.
In the dining room there is a table for 12 persons. In the garden you have another table for 10 people where you can eat, or alternatively in the loggia there is a table for 12 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher.
You will find plenty of crockery and utensils, 2 coffee mochas of different sizes, an electric coffee machine for American coffee, a De Longhi espresso machine with coffee powder. Immersion blender minipimer, toaster, electric kettle.
