The villa
Villa Tinaccio is a noble residence located near the picturesque village of San Casciano in Val di Pesa. This Renaissance villa has been owned by the same family since 1428. The villa is full of charm, with terracotta floors, wood-beamed ceilings and a large arched loggia overlooking the gardens and vineyards. Each living room and bedroom with en-suite bathroom is air-conditioned, perfect for accommodating a large group. Inside and outside the house, modern and contemporary art enriches the ambience, creating an atmosphere of discreet and welcoming luxury.
Arrival at the villa
Arriving at the villa, an avenue of cypress trees will lead you to the main gate. To the right, you will find another lawn with two art pieces. Guests can enter through the main gate of the villa, which also serves as a car park.
From the main gate, there is a flight of 24 steps leading to the two wings of the villa.
The Lodge
The accommodation is located on the upper floor of the villa and is divided into two large wings, connected by a Renaissance loggia.
At the end of the loggia is a corner with comfortable seating, where you can admire the romantic views of the Tuscan countryside on one side and the peaceful Italian garden on the other. It is the ideal place to enjoy an aperitif at sunset.
On the other side of the loggia is an outdoor dining area, perfect for a shady lunch after a swim or an elegant dinner prepared by your private chef.

The well-equipped, modern kitchen is located next to the dining area, separated by double doors.
Along the corridor leading to the loggia is a first double bedroom (not convertible) with a private bathroom equipped with a bathtub.
The rooms are decorated in warm colours and vintage touches that create a refined yet homely atmosphere.
Two further double rooms follow: one convertible, the other with a fixed configuration.
All rooms are equipped with private, modern and carefully designed bathrooms. Each bathroom is unique, enhanced by decorative elements such as elegant floral tiles.
At the end of the corridor is the indoor living room, a bright and cosy room furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs that invite you to relax.
The room is equipped with a TV with Sky connection and overlooks the loggia, providing pleasant continuity between indoor and outdoor spaces.
